Rowan doesn't need to be overly concerned with being rough. In the right context, Max won't mind it at all. Not with someone he trusts.
He easily bears their weight when they release their hands to start loosening his tie. He even begins to sway with them, almost like they are slow dancing.

His head tips back slightly, so his throat is even more wide open. A lovely shiver travels down his spine.
