"Oh?" She turns to face him properly, arms folding over her chest - not in aggression, just for lack of anything better to do with them. "How kind of them. Are they similar to what you wear now?"
"Well, I had to pay for it in favor so I'm not sure if kind is the right word." He shrugs.
"Yes. It's all my various suits and dress clothes, and some more of my workout attire. I could probably wear a different outfit every day for the next three months now and never repeat a thing."
“It’s fine.” He shrugs. No, she’s not wrong at all.
“The way I act, we all know it’s just a fact. I’d be careful not to say that to someone else, though.” Not everyone is as comfortable being called out, after all.
“And, thank you. Some people tease me for being so dressed up all the time, you know. But it’s just a habit now.”
She smiles, head tilting slightly. "People tease you for that? I think you look quite... dignified. Elegant. Handsome." Oh, don't let her keep going. Or do? Up to you.
"Thank you," his cheeks are a touch rosy at the praise. "Really, I'm glad you appreciate it. It's just that Lucas and Michael and even Rowan, they all wear jeans and here I am dressed like I'm still at work. But I can't seem to shake the habit."
"'Tis not a terrible habit, though you will want to be careful - dress as if you are working, and you may act accordingly, even in your down time." She says, glancing to the pile of fancy dresses off to one side. "Though I am guilty of doing the same, I suppose."
"Guess you're right. Not skinny jeans though, like Rowan wears. I'd blow the ass out of them the first time I bend over." He pictures it and laughs. "I don't think anyone wants to see me embarrass myself like that."
She giggles, a hand raised to her lips in hopes of stifling it. She does not succeed.
"Certainly not. Perhaps we can go shopping together and try something new, hm? I will even find something unlike what I normally wear so you are not alone."
