Alcohol makes your movements and brain sluggish. Drunk people are very easy to kill. It can kill you all by itself and people go to hospital for it. It is used to make people comply when they don't want to. It makes people feel terrible.

But I do know the whole lock-in was for being dumb. That's why it's a lock-in. It's not that big of a deal.

The point of an alpha is not that you aspire to be like them. [Sure, a pack will be shaped by what alpha it has, but it will be shaped by any member that is a part of it. It's not a one way street. Not the point, either. Why would two ahrouns aspire to be like a galliard?]

It is that they lead. They say what to do and what to not do and take the responsibility for decisions. [And more, but that she feels are the core pieces.]

We wouldn't want to accidentally start a conflict with them. That would just make things harder for everyone, since, like you said, no one stays dead.
